About Me

I am a Canadian Woman, located in Kingston, Ontario. I've worked in health care as a personal support worker for the last 5 years.

Working in this field has given me a great understanding for the human body, how we work, and things that can help to boost overall quality of life for an individual.

So far I've dedicated the last year of my life to not only sharing this knowledge with other looking to better their lives; but also find more eco-friendly and sustainable ways to achieve these goals.

Now Excited to be adding to the family with a little one, due in June 2023!
